The SoonerCon 2009 Kick-Off party will be held on Sunday, August 31st, at 7pm.   Since our 2009 theme is time travel and alternate histories, we'll be tracking back in time to the 1980's!  Come dressed in your best leg warmers or Don Johnson getups, and be prepared to party like it's 1989! The party will be at 1848 Hemingway Drive in Edmond Oklahoma (map here). For detailed directions you can call 405-330-2868. The first couple of hours will be set aside for the meeting and for dinner, and will be appropriate for all ages, and the later part of the evening will be party time for the adults! Be prepared for 80 board games, twister, and other fun activities!  We'll also have memberships on hand for 2009, as well as t-shirts and more! As always, all are welcome to attend, whether you want to help us with SoonerCon 2009, or just want to come have a good time!
